Catalog description

Eagle Connections introduces students to Life University's mission, values, and support systems while fostering meaningful connections within the campus community. This course integrates in-class and out-of-class experiences designed to support a successful transition to university life. Through class discussions and guided activities, students explore principles of academic success, belonging, leadership, and personal development. Students also conduct a basic needs assessment and develop a proposal for a project that serves a lasting purpose within the campus or broader community. The class requires participation in themed campus events and activities that connect students to academic support services, co-curricular opportunities, and university traditions. Through engagement and reflection, students build networks, navigate institutional systems, and begin shaping a purposeful academic and professional path.
