Catalog description

This is a comprehensive course covering critical nutritional needs from infancy to geriatrics. Students will study the biological basis of requirements for normal development and health in adulthood and explore consequences of over- and under-nutrition. Emphasizing maternal, infancy, and geriatric nutrition, the course equips students to identify and address nutritional issues effectively, promoting well-being across life phases.
