Global Food Studies is a comprehensive and diverse exploration of the multifaceted dimensions of food, food culture, and food systems on a global scale. Through an interdisciplinary lens, this course delves into the complexity of food-human relations. Topics may include food security,  breastfeeding, sustainability, gastronomy, artisan foods, and global nutrition concerns.
