Catalog description
The course draws upon prior diagnosis courses to establish appropriate physical exam protocols in a simulated clinical setting. This course integrates clinical information in the laboratory setting using case-based learning to allow students to develop and perform a thorough physical exam. Utilizing critical thinking, the emphasis in this course will be for the student to gain proficiency in examination techniques and their application given various patient presentations.
