Catalog description

This course provides the foundation of a step-by-step framework for developing a fully operational chiropractic business plan. Students will learn how to evaluate the chiropractic industry, define their service model, build financial projections, ensure legal compliance, and create a strategic marketing plan. By the end of the course, participants will have a complete understanding of what is required for a presentation-ready chiropractic business plan and be ready for the creation of this plan in the next course of the series.
