Catalog description
This course is offered as a practical hands-on introduction to motion and static palpation of the spine and pelvis. Bony and soft tissue landmarks are identified on the axial skeleton. Students will practice motioning the spine, identify abnormal motion, and correlate the findings with chiropractic spinal listings of motion and direction of the vertebra. The students will learn the importance of patient boundaries and respect for patient modesty.
