Catalog description

This course is an in-depth study of the embryology, histology, anatomy, and physiology of the central and peripheral nerve system. Emphasis is placed on the nerve pathways and interrelationships between form and function at the gross and microscopic levels in the nerve system. The course is designed to study the development and function of the nerve system in preparation for the study of vertebral subluxation theories, chiropractic technique, diagnosis, clinical applications, and patient education.
