Catalog description

Introduces the physiologic and pharmacologic basis of cardiopulmonary medications. Preparation, calculation of dosages, mixtures and general principles of pharmacology will be covered followed by an in-depth discussion of bronchoactive drugs, and drug groups related to the cardiopulmonary system such as neuromuscular blocking agents, central nervous system depressants, cardiovascular agents and diuretics. Registration Restrictions: Admission to Respiratory Therapy, Junior/Senior status
