Catalog description

The role of the pastor in normative interpersonal challenges of church staff will be identified and conflict resolution considered. A study of the responsibilities of different staff positions, the relationships between staff members, development of team spirit, staff planning and working with lay leadership. Special attention will be given to conflict management. A multiplicity of resources will be presented. Registration Restrictions: Sophomore Status
