Practicum I Small Groups

Catalog description

A faculty supervised practical ministry experience through observation at an approved ministry site. Practicum I is designed to provide the student with observation of and participation in small groups in local church ministry. Should be taken in conjunction with PLED 201 of a student's freshman or first semester of student's sophomore year. (The course consists of forty (40) hours of participation in pastoral small group that must be completed during the semester in which the student is registered for the course. Assessment of the student's observation will be required for this class.)
