Catalog description

This course will instruct the safety professional in the technology and science required for successful emergency planning and management. Risk management techniques for extreme events where human life is imperiled and the implementation of plans which effectively identify and respond to those risks will be incorporated. Students will additionally review causes and prevention of workplace violence. Attention will be given to possible ways for integrating a Biblical Worldview into emergency management planning.
