This creative screenwriting workshop is designed for students to focus on an in-depth study of scene work through the revision of the student’s thesis screenplay. Students will reexamine their previous drafts of the narrative story to evaluate specific adjustments needed in the script. These adjustments include character motivations and arcs, sharpening the catalyst event, achieving believable dialogue, assuring a clear stated theme, story structure viability, testing central conflict, and verifying industry-standard formatting.
