Leadership and Management in Ministry

Catalog description

This course equips students with foundational skills in leadership and management essential for effective ministry. Students will explore the call to ministry leadership, church government, organizational structures, and leadership strategies. Attention is also given to managing ministry finances, recruiting and developing leaders, and implementing change. Emphasis is placed on integrating the personal, spiritual, and practical dimensions of ministry leadership. (Cross-listed with YOUT 450 )
