Catalog description
This course is designed to give social work students skills in managing their cases as they enter the field of social work practice. These skills will include engagement, assessment, service plan development, referrals, client monitoring, evaluation, and termination. Students will also learn to manage client data with popular software programs, such as Excel. This course may include DEI-related content. If you are taking this class as a program or graduation requirement, you may work with your advisor to find an alternative class.
