FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE

Catalog description

Designed to help students develop the skills and abilities needed to succeed at Lewis-Clark State College. Course instruction will focus on transition issues, support services, connection to campus community, valuing education, academic expectations, successful behavior, introduction to online learning components, critical thinking, and decision-making. Students will be required to complete written, oral, and online assignments, and actively participate in a learning-centered environment.
