Catalog description

In-depth study of the first phases of the civil litigation process from the legal system through filing a civil lawsuit and conducting investigations. Overviews of trial and post-trial procedures are also provided. Throughout the course the students will build proficiency in the specific competencies required of them as a member of the legal team. Prerequisite: LAWPT-274 or permission of instructor.
