Catalog description

This course is designed to train the student to Level II as outlined in the Standard for Fire Fighters Professional Qualifications NFPA 1001. The training increases the students' knowledge of fireground fire situations and practical skills in the area of firefighter survival, rope rescue, advanced search and rescue, propane firefighting, vehicle extrication, technical rescue support and other fire ground activities. Upon completion of this course the student is eligible to take the state certification course. Pre-requisite: FRSRV-101 .
