Catalog description

Introduces the concepts of basic web design principles. Identifies current economic and social issues concerning the World Wide Web. Teaches students how to plan, design, publish and maintain a website, and write content for the Web. Introduces the topics of HTML5, cascading style sheets (CSS), responsive Web design, and search engine optimization (SEO). <BR>Prerequisite: None. <BR>(PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours: 2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab)
