Catalog description
Examines the relationship and compliance of United States law within all levels of sport. Surveys legal issues in sport including Constitutional law, contract law, antitrust law, agency, collective bargaining, and intellectual property rights. Includes rules and regulations of professional and collegiate sports organizations. Prerequisite: BUSN 141. (PCS 1.1, 3 credit hours: 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
