Continues the development of skills learned PLGL 140. Students will learn the critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills necessary to undertake the legal research and preparation of memoranda and briefs. <BR>Prerequisite: C or better in PLGL 130, PLGL 135, and PLGL 140. <BR>(PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours; 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
