Provides a practical approach to understanding and applying U.S. laws and regulations for legal professionals who specialize in helping to protect refugees, bring needed workers to the U.S., prevent separation of families and reunite them, and provide relief to foreign nationals facing removal proceedings. Prerequisite: None (PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours; 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
