Introduces the basics of electronic discovery including historical development, substantive legal procedure, technology's influence on the practice of law, communication of information to clients, and the most cost-effective discovery tools available. Prerequisite: None (PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours; 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
