Prepares students to assume a productive role in elder law practice. Lays a solid foundation in key concepts including elder law practice, Medicare, Medicaid, estate planning, end-of-life issues, and age discrimination. Prerequisite: None (PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours; 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
