Covers equilibrium of particles and rigid bodies including frames, trusses, beams, systems involving friction, distributed forces, and the method of virtual work. <BR>Prerequisite: C or better in the following: MATH 171 and either PHYS 131 or PHYS 141. <BR>(PCS 1.1, 3 credit hours: 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
