Catalog description
Provides clinical experiences to apply concepts and skills learned in prior course work. Supervised clinical experience provides the student the opportunity to develop organizational and administrative skills. Includes employee relations, job descriptions, planning a department budget, and maintaining job competence. Students will spend time in approved agency with emphasis on observation, development of professional work skills, and supervision of treatment application principles. <BR>Prerequisite: C or better in OCTA 244. <BR>(PCS 1.2, 4 credit hours: 0 hours lecture, 20 hours lab: 320 clinical hours worked)
