Introduces concepts and applications of pharmacological principles. Focuses on drug classifications, principles and procedures of medication administration, calculation of drug problems, and medicolegal responsibilities of the medical assistant. <BR>Prerequisite: C or better in MEDA 140. <BR>(PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours: 1 hour lecture, 4 hours lab)
