Catalog description
Presents straight lines, functions, the derivative, limits and continuity, mean value theorem, chain rule, curve sketching, implicit differentiation, related rates, applications of differentiation, L'Hopital's rule, antiderivatives, introduction to integration, areas by integration, and numerical methods. <BR>Prerequisite: C or better in MATH 132 or MATH 134, or placement by exam, and MATH 113 or high school geometry.<BR>(PCS 1.1, 5 credit hours: 5 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
