Catalog description
Provides instruction on the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm including how it works and how it is implemented in pneumatic as well as electronic controllers. Also covers tuning a PID controller for stability. <BR>Prerequisite: C or better in ELEC 237 or concurrent enrollment. <BR>(PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours; 2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab)
