Catalog description

An introduction to the chemical, physical, and biological properties of soils. Covers fundamentals of soil origin and formation as well as biological, chemical, and physical properties. Discusses essentials regarding key properties of soil such as texture, structure, moisture, and reactions. Provides experience in methods of soil testing. <BR>Prerequisite: None. <BR>(PCS 1.1, 4 credit hours: 3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab)
