Develops proficiency in the entire employment search and hiring process from both job applicant and employer perspectives. This hands-on workshop focuses on creating and implementing results-driven job or career search strategy, working from interest through research, application, preparation, interview, negotiation, and hiring. Students will learn to craft high-impact resumes and cover letters, and best practices for behavioral interview scenarios. Students will also learn to utilize position descriptions and evaluation criteria for professional hiring practices. No prerequisites.
