This course provides a practical, hands-on exploration of project management tools and techniques, with a focus on industry-leading platforms Monday.com and JIRA. Students will learn how to leverage these tools for project planning, task management, team collaboration, workflow automation, and agile project tracking. Key topics include creating and managing project boards, setting up workflows, tracking progress with dashboards, utilizing automation for efficiency, and integrating agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
