Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of advanced project management concepts, methodologies, and tools essential for managing complex projects. Students will build on foundational project management knowledge to examine topics such as strategic project selection, risk management, resource optimization, agile and hybrid project approaches, stakeholder engagement, and leadership in high-stakes environments. Emphasis is placed on real-world applications through case studies, simulations, and project-based learning.
