Catalog description
This course prepares students to lead effectively in a rapidly changing digital world shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, and disruptive technologies. Students build foundational digital literacy while developing critical power skills such as ethical reasoning, adaptability, systems thinking, and inclusive leadership. Through case studies, simulations, and experiential projects, the course examines the interplay between human judgment and technology-enabled decision-making. Emphasis is placed on the ethical and societal implications of AI, data-informed strategy, and cultivating resilience and creativity in complex environments. The course aligns with AACSB priorities of digital fluency, ethical reasoning, and global awareness, preparing students to become adaptive, socially responsible leaders in the digital age.
