Catalog description

This course introduces key concepts in organizational behavior to explain how individuals, teams, and systems shape effective leadership in organizations. Students explore topics such as personality, motivation, communication, decision-making, culture, civility, power, and influence while applying behavioral science to real workplace challenges. Through applied learning activities, case analyses, and reflective exercises, students build practical skills in collaboration, conflict management, ethical judgment, and leading change. By the end of the course, students interpret organizational dynamics and apply evidence-based strategies to improve team and organizational effectiveness.
