HOST 43000 is a research-based capstone course in which students integrate advanced hospitality and business knowledge to analyze a real organization, strategic problem, or opportunity. Students conduct applied research using scholarly and industry sources, interpret operational and financial data, and develop a multi-functional strategic plan with feasible, evidence-based recommendations.
