Catalog description
Designed to present an overview of the emerging field of post-traumatic therapy. The focus will be on theory and clinical treatment of people with acute and chronic-complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. This course presents an historical overview, examines current diagnostic and treatment methods and controversies, and provides a paradigm for stage appropriate, multiculture-based treatment, which can be integrated into or modify existing therapeutic orientations.
