Catalog description

The course will combine a series of indoor lectures with practical outdoor riding experiences on trails located on the Lees-McRae College campus. Course topics include: riding techniques, clothing, equipment, safety, on-trail bike maintenance,and environmental concerns. Field trips and additional fees are required if the following equipment is needed: mountain bike, helmet, and tire repair kit.(S)
