Group Dynamics and Facilitation (3) This course will study theories and principles of experiential education including: group dynamics, problem solving, decision making, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Students will develop facilitation skills, explore teaching techniques, approaches, and strategies specific to an outdoor setting. Field-trip required.
