This course provides an educational experience in which the student acquires observation hours in an occupation directly related to their career interest in exercise science, health, and wellness. Potential areas to obtain hours include physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training, chiropractic clinics, medical centers, or fitness facilities. The internship provides an opportunity to apply knowledge from the classroom into a more practical atmosphere.
