Catalog description

This course examines the role evidence plays in outcome of cases decided by juries by measuring the impact confirmation bias has on the jurors. Using an experiential learning format, students will apply evidence of "Bigfoot" in order to learn about jury selections, the role of the joror, and the obstacles associated with collection/presentation of evidence in criminal trials.
