Catalog description
This course studies work values, motivational attributes, attitudes, leadership characteristics, and their impact on performance in the work environment. Designed to enable students to understand the behaviors of individuals, groups, and leaders in organizations. Diverse issues related to how behaviors can be changed or maintained in the work environment are studied for practical application. Prerequisite: BUS 101, BUS 222, and BUS 241. (F, S)
