Catalog description

A study of selected social problems which could include poverty, race relations, sexism, gender, social security, aging, health care, mental health, freedom of speech, population, environment, violence, drug/alcohol addiction, delinquency, crime, warfare, gun control, the death penalty, the right to die, urbanization, or others. Emphasis on understanding the basic sociological perspectives as applied to modern social problems.
