Complex Problems of Adults and Older Adults

Catalog description

This course provides opportunities to explore prevention and management of complex health problems of the adult and older adult within acute and chronic settings. Students are prepared to deliver direct care to and consultation in acute and community settings. Students use principles of nursing theory, evidence-based practice, quality improvement and cost-effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement for individual care and selected populations.
