Applied Music: Trumpet

Catalog description

The study of musical performance techniques through private lessons. Students receive twelve 50-minute tutorials throughout the semester with the expectation of individual practice of 100 minutes per week. The final semester project, totaling 2.5 contact hours, will include preparation for and presentation in a performance at a culminating recital to which the public is invited. Note: Students must pay an additional fee per semester. Fulfills Core requirement(s): Visual and Performing Arts (VPA).
