Catalog description
Training for intercollegiate competition in the sport of Cross Country. Students who desire to participate in intercollegiate athletics will be required to adhere to academic eligibility requirements listed in the 3C2A Constitution & Bylaws, pass a physical examination by a licensed medical doctor and demonstrate an ability to safely participate in the specific intercollegiate sport. Compliance with all rules/regulations governing the specific intercollegiate sport will also be required. Daily practice. Students who are not eligible for game competition under the provisions of the 3C2A may take the course for unit credit, but will not be permitted to enter competition. Number of times course may be taken for credit: 4. 54 - 162 hours laboratory. ADGE: 7; Transfer: CSU, UC*. * Any or all of these PE Activity courses combined: maximum UC credit, 4 units.
