Catalog description
This introductory-level course will enable students to begin speaking, reading, and writing elementary-level French and understand the spoken language. Students are introduced to concepts of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and beginning verb tenses in a variety of auditory, visual, and written contexts. 90 hours lecture. Transfer: CSU, UC.
