Catalog description

To provide students with the knowledge of how to protect fellow construction workers, motorists and pedestrians, by safety directing vehicle operators through the traffic-controlled construction zone, in accordance with the ATSSA Part 6 MUTCD Federal Standards. 9 hours lecture. Enrollment Limitation: Admission to this course is limited to apprentices registered with the state of California Department of Apprenticeship Standards. Students must first be accepted into a registered LiUNA! Northern California District Council of Laborers apprenticeship.
