Historical development, philosophy of law and constitutional provisions; definitions, classification of crime and their application to the system of administration of justice; frequently used Penal and other code sections; Administration of Justice 57 Administration of Justice case law, methodology and concepts of law as a social force, emphasizing the importance of fairness and justice in the application and interpretation of criminal law, ensuring that legal principles are applied equitably to all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances. 54 hours lecture.
