Catalog description

Students are introduced to an overview of communication disorders, including classification, assessment, and remediation of speech, language, and literacy in children and adults. Students describe the role of the speech-language pathologist in educational and medical settings as well as examine multicultural and multilingual diversity, developmental disabilities, and acquired communication disorders.
