Catalog description
A first semester course to explore classical mechanics using calculus and laboratory exercises. Students will learn kinematics, forces, conservation laws for energy and momentum, rotational motion, and mechanical wave behaviors with theoretical equations and hands-on experiments. This course is intended primarily for engineering, physical science, computer sciences, and mathematics students.
